Disable Lock Communications

User should Disable Lock Communications when you are in Touch Unlock Mode and you store your phone near the lock box inside the home. It is unnecessary to Disable Lock Communications if your lock box is in Swipe Unlock Mode. To prevent your lock box from being in an unintentional unlocked state, Disabling Lock Communications will prevent your phone from communicating with your lock box. When Lock Communications are Disabled, your lock box can only be unlocked using the Primary Code, a Secondary Code, the current Temporary Code, or the Backup Master Code on the lock box keypad.

To Disable Lock Communications:

  1. Select the lock box from the Locks list.
  2. Touch Disable Lock Communications at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Remember your manual code!
  4. Touch ok.

To Enable Lock Communications:

  1. Select the lock box from the Locks list.
  2. Touch Lock Communicationss Disabled at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Touch ok.
