Q: I've lost my combination to my Fire and Water Resistant Digital Safe / Digital Chest - how can I get it open?

Your Fire and Water Resistant Digital Safes or Digital Chest will ALWAYS unlock using its factory code (found on the back of the owner’s manual). This code cannot be deleted.
If you have lost the factory code, we can send it back to you. Please note that you will be charged for this service.
