Master Lock Vault

Important Update

After careful consideration, The Master Lock Company has made the strategic decision to focus on our core business - mechanical and electro-mechanical physical security and safety products. With this new focus on our core product offerings, we'll be making changes to our Master Lock Vault application in the coming months.

Starting April 17, 2018 Vault users will only be able to store lock combinations and key codes on their Vault account. The free service to store personal passwords or confidential documents will no longer be available.

What this means for users:

Users currently storing passwords or documents on the Vault app will need to remove and save them prior to the April 17, 2018 deadline. This storage feature will not be accessible after April 17, 2018 and any passwords or documents saved on the app will be permanently deleted.

Users' Vault-enabled digital products will not be impacted by these changes. For example, users can continue to monitor activity, manage user access, share temporary or permanent access and receive tamper alerts, among other features.

Master Lock is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Just use the 'Export Password' button when logged in to your account at www.masterlockvault.com and download all of your passwords in a single file. IMPORTANT - this export feature is not available on the apps - only on the website.
